Repeat prescriptions
Please allow 3 working days from receipt of your request for your repeat prescription to be sent to your nominated pharmacy.
If you require an urgent prescription to be sent to the pharmacy within 24 hours, please phone reception to request this and let reception know that it is an urgent request. Please note that we may not always be able to complete this within 24 hours. There is a $40 fee for same-day urgent prescriptions.
Repeat prescriptions can be ordered via our patient portal Manage My Health (this is the most secure messaging service and preferred request method) or via a phone call to the practice. Please phone reception if you are interested in signing up for Manage My Health or would like more information. Urgent prescriptions must be requested via a phone call to reception.
Patients requesting repeat prescriptions must be assessed in a face-to-face consultation at least annually by the GP in order to continue to receive repeat prescriptions and to ensure the prescription remains appropriate and clinically relevant.
