Fees increase 2024
We have recently undertaken our annual fees review and wanted to make everyone aware that our fees will be increasing from the 29/07/2024. They have been increased in response to our increasing costs associated with running the practice and reduced funding received from the Te Whatu Ora/Ministry of Health. If you would like to see a copy of our new fees we have an updated list on our website under pricing. Accounts outstanding after 7 days will incur an accounting fees.
Winter wellness update 2024
Due to the current increase in covid, flu, whooping cough and other illnesses this winter, we will be working to reduce the number of respiratory cases we see in the practice in order to ensure we are keeping our patients and staff safe.
If you have a cough, sore throat, runny nose, fever or any other cold or flu-like symptoms, we ask that you please do not come into the practice. If you need an appointment with a doctor, it will be done as a phone consultation. If from the phone consultation the doctor decides that you need to be seen in person then we will make arrangements for you to come in.
We ask that you please let us know when you are booking an appointment if you have any of these symptoms. If you have not yet had a flu vaccine and would like to get one, we are offering them at the practice. Please phone reception to book if you would like to get one for winter.
Thank you and keep well!
